Founded in 2021 The Kingman Project closes the gap for justice-involved individuals with disabilities and their access to pre and post-release employment services. The goal is to ensure that all individuals with disabilities are connected to vocational rehabilitation and other supportive community agencies in order to obtain successful employment upon release from prison. The Kingman Project lays the groundwork for a blueprint that all VR state agencies and prison facilities can use. Ensuring that every individual with a disability has access to resources that will provide an equitable and supportive pathway toward employment.
